With over eight years as an executive producer for a syndicated morning radio show, Khristian has mastered audio production and storytelling. He also boasts six years in real estate and land acquisition, having earned both his agent and broker licenses, showcasing his sales expertise and client relationship skills. Khristian's philosophy is rooted in the belief that stepping out of one’s comfort zone leads to growth. His passion for connecting with people and his commitment to exceptional follow-up and execution are reflected in Follow Up Media's mission. Bryan is the mastermind behind anything that works or functions on our clients behalf. He is a husband & father Bryan received a Broadcast Engineering degree from Cleveland Institute of Electronics.

Kent Maxey has spent the last fifteen years honing his craft as an expert videographer in television, movies, commercial, concerts and corporate productions. His adventures in cinematography have led him back and forth across the globe numerous times, taping such political figures as Bill Clinton, George Bush, Colin Powell, Al Gore and Newt Gingrich. He has hung from flying helicopters, speeding cars, racing snowmobiles and galloping horses all in the name of art. Known for his skills for capturing moving images with moving cameras, Kent has used a wide variety of handheld, steadicam, camera and crane equipment for CNN, WSB, ABC and the Olympics. His extensive experience in telecommunications has also involved productions for MCI, Bellsouth, Cox, ESPN, and CNN. When not shooting something somewhere for Encyclomedia or any other production companies, he escapes to his roots in the Great Smoky Mountains to be near the rolling hills, tall trees, and gurgling creeks.

John Mandato is a 2x Emmy Award winner, as well as a multiple BDA, Promax and Clio award winner. He is a master Online/Finisher, Artist, and Designer based in Atlanta, GA. He specializes in Post Production, Color Correction, Editing, and Compositing. In addition to his work in television, he continues to develop his creative body of work through digital illustration, graphic design, and motion design. He studied Illustration and Graphic Design at School of Visual Arts (BFA, 1990). In addition to his occupational awards, John is a black belt and World Champion In Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Jonah is a Bangalore-based video editor with over eight years of experience crafting stories that move, sell, and stay with people. His portfolio spans global entertainment giants such as Disney, Amazon Prime, and Netflix, where he’s worked as a Quality Control Specialist and Editor for television series and films that are yet to be published on major OTT platforms. Driven by a belief that editing isn’t just about cutting visuals but sculpting perception, Jonah treats every frame as a thought, every transition as an emotion, and every second as a chance to make meaning. “I don’t just edit videos. Elle Lanvy Pham is a marketing professional and digital creator with a BBA in Marketing from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business. With over four years of hands-on experience in content creation, strategic content planning, and social media management, Elle has built a strong foundation in understanding digital audiences and crafting messages that resonate. Her expertise spans creative concept development, analytics-driven planning, brand voice refinement, and cross-platform optimization. She has supported brands across industries by elevating their visual identity, increasing engagement, and bringing structure and clarity to their online presence. Currently, Elle serves as a Social Media Manager at Follow Up Media, where she leads digital content strategy, manages client social channels, collaborates with creative teams, and ensures each brand maintains a cohesive and compelling narrative. She is passionate about helping businesses grow through intentional storytelling and thoughtful execution.

Christian Hayward is the Director of Performance Marketing at Follow Up Media, specializing in PPC campaign strategy, optimization, and growth. He manages paid advertising campaigns for agency clients while expanding performance marketing across the company’s portfolio. Alongside his paid media work, Christian produces short-form video content for Follow Up Media’s podcast division, helping podcasts reach wider audiences through engaging digital content.
